WORLD OF GAMES JOINS FORCES WITH LIMITED RUN GAMES!
BLOCKBUSTER ANNOUNCEMENT!
World Of Games is excited to share a major announcement with everyone! Last March, Limited Run Games sent out copies of “D” for the 3DO to their customers. Unfortunately, the copies were not compatible with all 3DO models. LRG reached out to World Of Games to see if we could help solve the problem, as they wanted to make it right for their customers. We were able to figure out the issue, and are proud to announce that three great things came out of the situation!
- LRG now has the correct discs and are replacing them for their customers! These are official pressed discs and you will be able to tell the difference as the replacement discs have the World Of Games logo on them!
- World Of Games has signed a 3 year contract with LRG to be the exclusive co-publisher and manufacturer of not only “D”, but all future 3DO releases as well, including the recently shipped Plumber’s Don’t Wear Ties!
- Even though World Of Games has only put out non-pressed discs (with pressed artwork) in the past without issues, the fact that we now have the means to make fully pressed discs means all future releases from World Of Games will be fully pressed, starting with our just released CD-i title “The New Grolier Electronic Encyclopedia, and our new original 3DO title coming this Spring, “The Adventures Of Captain J"!
